Having a problem registering or unable to download?

To register correctly you need cookies enabled for this site.

Your email address must be correct for you to receive the confirmation email.

You must wait for this email and reply. If you delay the reply then registration may time out. So please reply quickly.

When you respond to email and web page indicates success. You must login before going to download!

Download will only work if you have Cookies Enabled at time you require a download.

Disable Getright download program when down loading. This will stop you from just getting the page contents PHP file.  

You can only register once per email address. If you make an error or delay the confirmation process then we may need to reset/delete you registration from our database. Please use the 'Contact Us' Menu and request a reset. If you have an alternate email then use this. But still let us know so that we can delete the old entry.

If you forget your password then request a new one. A new one of random characters will be sent 'cut & paste' this one to login, then via user menu go and change your details / password to one you like. It is a good idea to change your password from time to time.
